Meeting the client's needs in restrictive site conditions has been a challenge in this small-scale mixed-use project. The additional building features residential units by the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia and a commercial car detailing space integrated in the back. While the project footprint is relatively smaller than our usual projects, it still posed newer and more unique challenges than what the client and our team expected.

Fortunately, with our team's experience and skill, we were able to push for a development permit and meet the client's investment goals.
